Niki St Pierre is the founder and CEO of NSP & Company, an enterprise transformation firm focused on the leadership, people, and organizational conditions that determine whether strategy, technology, and AI investments translate into sustained performance.
She leads the firm's growth across commercial and government sectors, advancing its intellectual property, strategic partnerships, and senior-led delivery model.
Over more than 25 years, Niki has advised executives on enterprise transformation, operating-model redesign, post-merger integration, organizational restructuring, workforce modernization, and technology-enabled change. Her work on AI focuses on how organizations translate investment into sharper decisions, redesigned work, workforce readiness, and measurable enterprise value.
Niki is the creator of the Change Momentum Index®, a rapid diagnostic that gives sponsors early-warning visibility into transformation execution risk—surfacing misalignment, readiness gaps, resistance, and adoption slowdowns before dashboards turn red, without requiring organizations to replace existing methodologies, program teams, or vendor partners.
Before founding NSP, Niki led and scaled the Organizational Change and Transformation practice at Perot Systems, now part of Dell Technologies, following earlier transformation roles at Accenture and American Express.
Niki is a recognized voice on enterprise transformation and AI adoption. Her insights have appeared in Forbes and Smart Business Magazine.
Her forthcoming book, Steady, names what today's transformation playbooks miss: the capacity to create movement without sacrificing clarity, trust, or organizational strength. It's what separates organizations that endure disruption from those that stall. Steady shows leaders how to build it.
Education, Governance, and Affiliations
Niki holds an MBA and an MPA from New York University and has completed executive education in AI strategy and leadership through MIT Sloan.
She serves on the Board of Trustees of North Shore Country Day and has held prior board and advisory roles with the American Red Cross and Grateful Giving.
Niki is a member of the Women Presidents Organization, The Executives' Club of Chicago, and Forbes Business Council.
